Before anything is installed, DGS-Vending reviews the space with the location and chooses a mutually approved placement. The machine will not block entrances, exits, doors, order lines, pickup areas, seating, walkways, accessibility paths, staff movement, storefronts, or normal business operations. The goal is a visible spot customers can notice, while keeping the machine out of the way.
Power and Setup
Most placements only require access to a standard outlet. DGS-Vending confirms power access, machine setup, footprint, and placement requirements before installation.

For payment issues, failed vends, stuck products, duplicate charges, or damaged sealed products, please contact DGS-Vending directly. Store staff cannot open the machine or issue refunds.
Refund policy
All sales are final once product is successfully dispensed. Refunds or replacements are available only for machine errors, failed vends, duplicate charges, wrong item dispensed, or damaged sealed products reported within 24 hours with proof. Opened trading card products cannot be returned or refunded.
